Характеристика современных политических режимов
Аннотация: В статье представлены взгляды современных авторов на понятие и виды политических режимов подробное определение политического режима как системы методов осуществления власти, то, как он оказывает влияние на все сферы жизни общества; какие режимы присущи современным государствам; примеры государств с разными режимами. Рассматривается, как политический режим влияет на социальную, экономическую и культурную жизнь общества и как методы осуществления власти могут переходить от более демократических механизмов к тотальному контролю и насилию. Рассматриваются три исторически сложившихся типа политических режимов. · Демократический – где источником власти является народы, характеризуется защитой прав человека и разделением властей. · Авторитарный режим сосредотачивает власть в руках узкого круга лиц, ограничивая при этом политические свободы, но допускает самостоятельность в неполитических сферах и может варьироваться от жестоких до относительно мягких форм. · Тоталитарный режим – является крайней формой авторитаризма, которая стремится к тотальному контролю над обществом посредством единой идеологии, монополии одной партии и систематического террора и репрессий. Подчеркивается, что конкретный тип режима определяет степень политической свободы и гарантий прав личности в государстве. В завершении авторы приходят к выводу о том, что идеального политического режима на сегодняшний день нигде нет, каждый политический режим отражает уникальные особенности, связанные напрямую с развитием общества, целей государства и его потребностей.

Abstract: The article presents the views of modern authors on the concept and types of political regimes, a detailed definition of a political regime as a system of methods of exercising power, how it affects all spheres of society, what regimes are inherent in modern states, examples of states with different regimes. It examines how the political regime affects the social, economic and cultural life of society and how methods of exercising power can shift from more democratic mechanisms to total control and violence. Three historically established types of political regimes are considered. • Democratic – where the source of power is the peoples, characterized by the protection of human rights and the separation of powers. • An authoritarian regime concentrates power in the hands of a narrow circle of people, while limiting political freedoms, but allows independence in non-political spheres and can range from violent to relatively mild forms. Totalitarian regime is an extreme form of authoritarianism that seeks total control over society through a single ideology, the monopoly of one party, and systematic terror and repression. It is emphasized that the specific type of regime determines the degree of political freedom and guarantees of individual rights in the state. In conclusion, the authors conclude that there is no ideal political regime anywhere today, each political regime reflects unique features directly related to the development of society, the goals of the state and its needs.
