In the charming town of Whiskerville, Sasha, a seemingly lazy cat, leads a double life as Agent S of the Cat Intelligence Bureau (KRB). Her nemesis, the diabolical Doctor Claw, plans to drown out Whiskerville with his Silencer 3000. Agent S takes action, using his high-tech gadgets and quick thinking to infiltrate Doctor Claw's lair.
