Румыно-венгерские отношения. Проблемы и перспективы

Политические аспекты взаимоотношений Румынии и Венгрии в XXI в. рассматриваются в контексте исторического наследия: передела границ в Европе после Первой и Второй мировых войн. Особое внимание уделяется статусу и проблемам венгерского меньшинства, оказавшегося вне пределов венгерского государства. Анализируются роль и влияние внешних факторов – Евросоюза, НАТО и России – на возникновение и урегулирование конфликтных ситуаций между Румынией и Венгрией.

The political aspects of relations between Romania and Hungary in the 21 st century are considered in the context of the historical heritage: the redistribution of borders in Europe after the First and Second World Wars. Particular attention is paid to the status and problems of the Hungarian minority, which found itself outside the boundaries of the Hungarian state. The role and influence of external factors – the European Union, NATO and Russia – on the emergence and settlement of conflict situations between Romania and Hungary are analyzed.
